The company’s growing customer base in the country includes the U.S Department of Defense – which is the largest end-user of Safran products and services – as well as additional government agencies, military branches, private companies and more. Its largest single U.S. customer is Boeing, which has a relationship with Safran that dates back more than 30 years.

Safran continues to expand its U.S. industrial presence with the construction of new production units, joint ventures and subsidiaries, as well as through the acquisition of local companies.

This growth reflects Safran’s philosophy to be close to its customers, and it is leading to the creation of numerous high-value U.S. jobs that span the organization’s core competencies of aerospace, defense and security.
