Turbomeca’s turboshaft engines power civil and military helicopters made by the world’s leading manufacturers. In addition, Turbomeca makes jet engines for airplanes and missiles.
Techspace Aero designs, develops and produces modules and equipment for commercial and military aircraft engines, as well as rocket engines. In addition, as Cenco International™ the company designs, installs and modernizes engine test stands.
Solid rocket motors for launchers and missiles, energetic materials, pyrotechnic equipment, thermostructural and organic composite materials for the aerospace, defense, automotive and manufacturing industries.
The world’s leading designer and producer of landing systems, Messier-Bugatti-Dowty makes landing gear for more than 19,000 aircraft, including commercial and military airplanes and helicopters. It has built up outstanding expertise, enabling it to offer technically advanced, competitive and eco-responsible solutions. Also a major player in aircraft braking, Messier-Bugatti-Dowty is one of the top two suppliers of carbon brakes for mainline commercial jets (over 100 seats). As a systems engineering and integration company, it also designs braking, steering, landing and monitoring (brakes, tires, landing gear) systems. It was selected by Boeing to provide the wheels and electric brakes on the 787 Dreamliner.
A leader in the global market for commercial airplane engine nacelles, Aircelle supplies complete nacelles and composite materials for aerostructures, as well as associated support services. In particular, Aircelle is the nacelle systems integrator for both engines offered on the Airbus A380.
Labinal is the world leader in aircraft wiring systems, supplying all Boeing and Airbus commercial airplanes, including the latest A380 and 787 Dreamliner. It also provides wiring systems for a number of combat aircraft, including the Dassault Aviation Rafale, Boeing F-22 and Lockheed Martin F-16.
A specialist in power management and transmission, Hispano-Suiza develops innovative solutions for current and future aircraft engines, spanning power transmissions, electronic power controllers and electrical systems.
Defense - Security
Operating in both civil and military market, Sagem offers state-of-the-art technologies and services in optronics, avionics (world leader in helicopter flight controls), electronics and safety-critical software. Sagem also designs and produces tactical drone systems.
The world leader in fingerprint-based biometrics, and a leading specialist in multibiometric technologies, smart cards, secure transactions and identity management solutions, Morpho meets the evolving security needs of individuals, companies and governments.
