A-PRO

Based in Florida, A-Pro is equally owned by Messier Services, Inc. and Dassault Falcon Jet, Inc. A-Pro provides support services for the landing gear on virtually all Falcon jets operating in the Americas, as well as ATR, Dornier and Embraer regional aircraft.


Fadec International

Fadec International is an equally-owned company of Hispano-Suiza and BAE Systems Controls (a division of BAE Systems North America). It develops and markets full authority digital engine controls (FADEC) for commercial aircraft engines developing over 18,000 lb of thrust, and also provides support services.


GE

GE Aviation and Safran signed an agreement in July 2008 to create a joint venture covering the development, production and support of engine nacelles for future single-aisle commercial jets. The agreement covers complete nacelles as well as subassemblies, and will enable the partners to offer innovative, highly competitive solutions, by drawing on the respective areas of expertise and resources of Aircelle (Safran group) and Middle River Aircraft Systems (GE).


Hydrep

A 50/50 joint company of Messier Services International and TAT Industries, Hydrep specializes in MRO services for landing gear on regional, business and military airplanes, as well as helicopters. It is based at the Dinard airport in the Brittany region of France.

Matis Aerospace

Matis Aerospace (Morocco Aero-Technical Interconnect Systems) is equally owned by Boeing, the Moroccan flag carrier Royal Air Maroc, and Labinal. Based in Casablanca, it makes electrical wiring for commercial airplanes.


S-PRO

Based in Singapore, S-Pro is a 50/50 subsidiary of Messier-Bugatti and Singapore Technologies Aerospace. S-Pro provides maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for landing gear, wheels and brakes and hydraulic systems on both airplanes and helicopters.


SEM MB

A specialist in ejection seats, SEM MB (Société d’Exploitation des Matériels Martin-Baker) is an equally-owned subsidiary of Safran and Martin-Baker. Since being founded in 1959, it has produced, under license, more than 5,000 ejection seats for French combat aircraft.
